| HOW TO USE: | 1. Download the file by clicking the "Download" or "Obtain Software" button and saving the file to a folder on your hard drive (make a note of the folder where the downloaded file is saved). 2. Double-click the downloaded file and follow the on-screen instructions. This SoftPaq contains a utility that is designed to aid in the deployment of this factory image. During the installation, you are prompted to choose one of the following actions: - Format a USB drive with the image and tools. - Unpack the contents into a directory of your choice. NOTE: To determine the version of your operating system, click the Start button, which is located in the lower-left corner of the display screen, and then select HP System Information.
